July 20, 2005 - There was some water damage on the siding in this location, so I planned to remove the old siding and replace it...
...unfortunately there was severe water damage to the plywood sheathing and studs...
...also present were tons of carpenter ants, but not thankfully not termites....
...just a typical remodel, finding twice as much work as you expected.
July 27, 2005 - A crew came in and replaced the water damaged studs and rehung the window...siding to follow

July 31, 2005 - My project today: replace sillcocks on front and rear of the house as they were both leaking. Pictured here is the front one, I had to remove siding and sheathing to access the sillcock.

August 1, 2005 - The crew has finished the painting of the shop
